Services Offered For Fixed Fees?
Chapter 7 We generally charge between $1,000.00 to $1,500.00 in attorneys fees to file a typical chapter 7. In most cases, however, you can expect the fee to be $1,100.00 for below median income debtors and $1,300.00 for above the median income debtors. Our fees are substantially cheaper than other firms, and we offer payment options so please call us.

Chapter 13 We charge the standard base fee in this district, and accept payment of most of our fee through the chapter 13 plan, rather than up front. In some cases we will charge no fees up front, but generally we like to receive $500.00 in fees before the case is filed.

If the prospect of paying the above fees seems impossible please call us, we do have hearts and understand that people facing financial difficulties often can't imagine coming up with the money necessary to file bankruptcy. We can often offer suggestions you may not have thought of.
