Firm Overview

We offer the following services: Estate and Trust Tax Planning for Individuals and Businesses, Trust Administration, and Probate.

We are dedicated to providing the most up-to-date planning alternatives and techniques to efficiently maintain and transfer wealth, and to minimize the impact of income, gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes consequences to our clients and their families. We represent US as well as Non-US citizens, living in the United States or abroad, making sure their plan is effective across borders.

As we understand that each individual's needs and objectives differ, we emphasize a personal approach and a careful analysis of each client's overall situation. We accordingly draft the documents that will meet those needs and carry out those objectives. Implementation of the estate plan, through follow-ups, funding, and reviews, is a crucial part of our process.

We use standard techniques such as simple and complex revocable living trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, health care directives, and irrevocable trusts, as well as more sophisticated tools and techniques.

We assist you through the administration of trusts, including but not limited to, the setup of survivor trust, bypass trust and marital trust, the dress up of inventory, the allocation of assets, and the distribution to beneficiaries. We also handle issues that may require court action.

We assist our clients through the challenges of probate, which is the legal process by which title of property is transferred from the decedent's estate to his/her beneficiaries or heirs. Our guidance encompasses the entire process, from the opening of the probate, until the final distribution to the beneficiaries or heirs.

Our practice also extends to providing assistance with tools and techniques geared towards avoidance of full probate when applicable.
