At Berenji & Associates, we are dedicated to providing you with aggressive, but compassionate, representation as you go through one of the most trying times of your life.
In addition to divorce litigation, Hossein and the other attorneys and staff at Berenji & Associates have extensive experience in other areas of family law, including: spousal support, preparing and litigating pre- and post- nuptial agreements, custody disputes, paternity actions, and child support and visitation disputes. The firm also regularly assists clients in obtaining modifications of their support judgments when circumstances change or their former partners fail to satisfy their court-ordered obligations.
How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
As someone who lived through his parents' divorce, Mr. Berenji learned first hand the impact that the process can have on every member of the family. The lack of strong support and knowledge of one's rights only makes the process more agonizing, and that is why he became determined to be that steadfast, unwavering support to the clients he serves. He is committed to making a difference in his clients' lives and there is no area where committed legal representation makes as much of a difference in a person's life as family law.
Hossein Berenji is a seasoned litigator with a practice focused on the complex, high net worth divorce. His commitment to providing aggressive, high quality representation has led to favorable outcomes for hundreds of clients, and consistent multi-million dollar property settlements, alimony and child support judgments.
Mr. Berenji is a featured lawyer on Top10BeverlyHills.com, a website dedicated to showcasing the best that the city of Beverly Hills has to offer. A lifelong resident of Southern California, Mr. Berenji has always valued community participation and remains involved in several local nonprofit organizations. He is an active member of Rotary International, assisting in fundraising for domestic and international humanitarian causes, and has provided pro bono representation to victims of domestic violence through Neighborhood Legal Services, an organization dedicated to helping low-income residents of Los Angeles County.
