Estate Planning

The Belleh Law Group, PLLC is a results oriented law firm committed to providing first rate legal services in a stream-lined manner to our clients. We focus our practice in Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate and Immigration Law.

The basic purpose for any sort of estate planning is to ensure that the client's hard earned assets go to the appropriate beneficiaries when she/he passes away. However, estate planning can be used for a lot more than simply dictating which relative gets what precious antiques. Proper estate planning can help you accomplish the following goals and more: avoiding probate, providing for minor children minimizing death taxes, and charitable giving. Our attorneys work with our clients to develop tailored solutions to address our client's objectives.
