Mr. Baylard is a trial attorney that specializes in personal injury, wrongful death and family law cases. Mr. Baylard's philosophy is to work hard, and treat people as people, not just another nameless case to work-up.

Mr. Baylard received his J.D. from the University of Missouri Kansas City Law School, where he was a member of the UMKC Law Review and a regular on the Dean's List. Mr. Baylard attended the University of Missouri Columbia for his undergraduate degree and received a B.S. in Business Administration. He is a member of the Kansas City Missouri Bar Association, the KCMBA Young Lawyers Section and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Mr. Baylard is a member of the Bar for the State of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, United States District Court for the District of Kansas and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals.

He has appeared in State and Federal Court in both Missouri and Kansas and has presented cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Mr. Baylard's case of Hays v. Royer's, et al., created new law in Missouri under a negligent entrustment theory.

Mr. Baylard lives in the Blue Springs community with his wife Renee and their awesome sons, Mason and Carson.
