Bayati Law Group was founded by attorney Brian A. Bayati. Prior to founding Bayati Law Group, Brian was legal counsel for a national corporation and member of a prominent Los Angeles based civil litigation firm with numerous offices throughout California and various other states. Brian founded Bayati Law Group to dedicate his legal career exclusively to the practice of family law. In doing so, Brian and the legal team at Bayati Law Group have the privilege of representing clients in family law matters, including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, division of assets, pre and post nuptial agreements, and domestic violence.

Additionally, our practice if exclusive to Orange County, which allows us familiarity with the County courts, local procedure and other family law practitioners in our County.
