While an individual shareholder or investor's claim may be too minor to litigate on its own, when multiplied across a company or industry, the infraction may become an important and significant piece of litigation. By joining together with similarly situated shareholders and investors, individuals can help effect company and industry-wide change.
At Barker | Cook, we investigate shareholder and investor claims to determine whether the injuries are the result of an improper company-wide policy. If so, we help clients file class-action lawsuits that force industries to take notice.
