Weinberger Law Group, LLC

Firm Overview

Weinberger Law Group was established to provide first class professional legal services exclusively dedicated to divorce and family law. The cornerstone of our high level of service begins with our clients and our client's needs. We make sure that we truly listen to what our clients want before making any recommendations. Our experienced staff understands that every situation is different. The issues of your New Jersey divorce or family law matter will not be the same as the issues in someone else's matter; therefore, each case requires its own scrutiny. It was with this vision that I formed Weinberger Law Group in 2008 and today we are now one of the largest family law firms in the State of New Jersey.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I realized during my judicial law clerkship that this area of law was the surest way to help people in need.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

I understand that people going through family law and divorce related issues are going through arguably one of the hardest times in their lives. They will naturally have questions and concerns that once answered will help alleviate some or all of their anxiety. It was with this in mind that I developed one of the most comprehensive family law websites. The site provides valuable information on substantive family law issues as well as available resources and guides to assist any one who has a need.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

One way for clients to keep their costs down is to actively participate in their case and assist with preparation of certain forms and documents.

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

For litigants who want to represent themselves, our services are available for an hourly charge to help them through the process.

Bari Zell Weinberger

1997 - Judicial Law Clerk for Hon. Roger W. Daley, J.S.C., Middlesex County Family Court
1998 to 2005 - Associate Attorney at matrimonial law firms
2006 - Partner at Cutler, Simeone, Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark
2006 to 2008 - Partner at Iandoli, Edens & Weinberger

I have recognized that in other law firms that the needs of the clients were secondary, responsiveness was poor and attention to detail was limited. I vowed to make certain that these elements were perfected in my firm so that each client received the highest level of service and attention. It is imperative to me that clients of the firm are always fully informed as to every element of their matter.

We are service-oriented, always prepared, show respect and we will never put our name on a mediocre product. We are fair and settlement-oriented where possible, but litigate where necessary.

Personal interests:

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling and going to sporting events.
