Is your firm willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?

On case by case basis, depending on situation.

What are your policies about dividing work within the firm to make the process most cost-effective for the client?

I think sharing is great only if it helps to achieve client's case and its objectives.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Have not done it yet.

Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

What I think distinguishes me is a personal approach. I came from another country (Russia) and I know the feeling of knowing absolutely nothing (even when crossing the road) which is why I went into legal field. It is crucial to understand the client: from applying for immigration visa and citizenship to dealing with legal situations on daily basis with forks and pitfalls that a lay person is not aware of.

What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?

It can be helpful and hurtful at the same time. The information should be current, concerning the issue and not distorted.

Is your firm willing to review documents prepared by clients?

Is your firm willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?

On case by case basis, depending on situation.
