Mr. Straile has eight years experience within the criminal justice system; he is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the Florida Bar, and a past treasurer for the Eighth Judicial Circuit Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Straile focuses his practice on trial law specializing in criminal, traffic, family and business law.

St. Thomas University
During law school, I was a judicial intern for the Hon Judge Fletcher of the Third District Court of Appeal for two semesters and a Certified Legal Intern at the State Attorneys Office, Seventeenth Judicial Circuit for two semesters. I was an active competitor for the St. Thomas trial team and in my last year I coached the trial team. In addition, I was the coordinator for the Volunteer Income tax Assistance program and acted as one of the liaisons to the IRS. I graduated eighth in my class.
I attended Lambuth on an athletic scholarship to play varsity football, I was also active on the Mock Trial team, the Intercollegiate State Legislature, and the Model United Nations.
