Alla Roytberg

I bring more than 20 years of experience in mediation and litigation in New York courts to help people reduce costs and resolve conflicts with dignity.

People going through a divorce, separation or another legal process are often surprised by the cost of the process, both financially and emotionally. They want a fair and cost-effective result that addresses their concerns and gives them closure.

Every case is different. I and members of my law firm team use our initial meeting to listen and understand your specific concerns. My law firm's practice focuses on matrimonial and family law litigation, divorce, prenuptial agreements and business mediation and collaborative divorce with an ancillary general practice, which includes residential real estate and adoption work.

I am fluent in Russian and frequently address legal needs of the Russian Community in New York.

I am an Advanced Mediator and Founding Member of the Association of Professional Family Mediators and a member and former president of the Family and Divorce Mediation Council of Greater New York.
