Armour Law Firm

At Armour Law Firm, clients experience quality and personal attention. NJ Divorce Attorney Wendy Armour is devoted to helping families throughout New Jersey.

Firm Overview

At Armour Law Firm we provide dedication, compassion and experience to each matter. Our goals are simple, client satisfaction and optimal results. Our NJ divorce attorney approaches each case with a goal of reaching optimal results. Optimal results involves handling each case by first attempting to bring a fair and reasonable settlement. After all, over 90% of cases are settled out of court. Thus, in most cases the end result will be the same, that is, settlement. However, the actual settlement is different in each case and each settlement requires skilled negotiation with attention to detail.

At Armour Law Firm we offer the services of NJ divorce mediation for parties that are able to resolve their issues without court intervention. However, if the other spouse or his or her attorney is being unreasonable, our divorce lawyer will provide you with aggressive and professional representation that is focused on what is in your best interest.

Our family lawyer or family attorney will help determine the issues in your case, and advise you of your options and rights. As your immigration attorney, we will provide you with the latest immigration legal advise and keep you promptly notified of your case.

At Armour Law Firm we handle all family law issues with dedication, compassion and experience.
Family, divorce, child support, child custody, and spousal support issues tend to be emotionally charged. That is why we emphasize frequent direct communication, which provides our clients with stability and the peace of mind. As an experienced divorce attorney and mediator, Mrs. Armour protects your interests. Each case is unique and requires a detailed and careful evaluation of the issues to provide you with the best options.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Family law is a high calling, reserved for attorneys who are not afraid to zealously advocate for persons facing high emotional distress.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Wendy Armour served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable David Waks in New Jersey Superior Court, Family Division. This unique opportunity enables Wendy Armour a disitinctive insight of the court process.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

We are determined to client satisfaction. More and more firms take on more than they can handle which leaves the client feeling unsatisfied with their representation. This phenomenon is mostly due to the lack of communication. We strive to keep our clients well informed and above all available to answer their questions immediately.

Wendy Armour

After working for a family court judge, large and midsize law firms, I opened my firm to serve the legal needs of individuals going through divorce, family law and immigration issues. I was born and raised in New Jersey, attended Rutger's University, a resident of Middlesex County, and I am committed to this Region for it has personally and professionally shaped me.

I enjoy my profession as it has enabled me to help individuals going through the most vulnerable time of their lives. My clients can expect compassion and dedication. But above all, my clients know I have their best interest in mind at all times.
