Alternative Dispute Resolution:

Experienced in mediation and other ADR techniques as alternatives to litigation and arbitration, Mr. Arkin has also served as court-appointed and institutionally appointed settlement judge, mediator and arbitrator in general business, construction and other areas.

His general commercial, company and transactional law practice has been involved not only in the USA, but elsewhere, including, but not limited to: England, France, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Hungary, Russia, the Ukraine, Israel, Egypt, India, Iran, Nigeria, Kenya, the Caribbean, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, The Peoples Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
