Firm Overview

To redress borrowers who have been wronged by lenders, originators, servicers, investors and banks alike, all of whom have contributed to the recent depression in the economy yet have been bailed out by the government. Our goal is to redress borrowers who have been wronged by the banks, at the expense of the banks. We are an established real-estate litigation firm working jointly with specialized counsel to assist borrowers in need of defending unlawful foreclosure sales of their homes. Our main focus is to assist borrowers in recovery from their lender/servicers breach of loan modification agreements, assistance with negotiating favorable loan modifications, filing lawsuits arising from predatory lending practices such as fraudulent "Trial Plans," violations of the Truth In Lending Act, and the California's Nonjudicial foreclosure laws and working out other alternatives to foreclosure such as short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, and cash for keys settlements. Example casesHave obtained multiple settlements from banks in the form of loan modifications, cash, re-conveyance of 2nd Deeds of Trust in exchange for dismissal from litigation, etc. etc.

As a more specific example, obtained recent settlement in form of loan modification for REO (real estate owned) reversal for an investment property based on fraud at the origination of the loan and in relation to a fraudulent "Trial Plan" offered by the bank. The bank, who purchased the property at the trustee sale, returned the property to the borrower and reduced the principal balance owned on the borrower's loan.
