Andrew Shin

Attorney Andrew B. Shin was raised in a working-class family, and he saw with his own eyes how hard his parents worked to support the family and to give their children as many opportunities as they could.

Our San Jose workers' comp lawyer has found that when hard-working individuals sustain an injury, they are often left alone to defend themselves against large insurance companies. With no training, experience, or resources, millions of people every year are forced to try to keep insurance companies from cutting off benefits, all while trying to recover from their injury and continue supporting their families.

Mr. Shin experienced this firsthand; his father was injured on the job while working at a produce retailer and was forced to walk away from the company after an unfair battle with the insurance company. Inspired by the injustice of his father's case, Mr. Shin decided then to pursue workers' compensation law and help working class accident victims and their families balance the scales.

Mr. Shin believes that there are few things as important to the success of a case than the relationship that a client has with his or her attorney. This is why he works so hard to establish warm, open, and honest communication with all of his clients right away; clients must have total confidence in their attorneys, and attorneys have a responsibility to give clients realistic expectations for their case. Just as importantly, everyone at the Law Offices of Andrew B. Shin cares very deeply about the people we help. You are not just a name and a number, you are our friends and our family, and we want to ensure you receive the help you deserve.
