Dennise McCann

Dennise McCann studied Criminal Justice at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and received her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in 1988. After graduation she served as a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Susan Pierson Sonderby at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Illinois from 1988 1992. Dennise then became an associate attorney at Anderson & Associates, P.C. in 1994 when she joined the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court of Northern Illinois Trial Bar. Dennise is based in Wheaton, Illinois and she serves clients in Cook County, DuPage County, and Kane County.

Jonathan Anderson

Jonathan Anderson is the principal attorney and founder of Anderson & Associates, P.C. Jon received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1975 and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980. He was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1981. Jon concentrates his practice in financially sophisticated divorce litigation, including issues such as complex discovery and hidden asset scenarios, challenging or enforcing prenuptial or postnuptial agreements, and business and real estate valuations. He is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and DuPage Bar Association.
