Jon Anderson

Jonathan Anderson handles most of the drafting and litigation of the law firm's pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements and recently won a landmark appellate decision involving the validity of a post-nuptial agreement.
Mr. Anderson maintains an aggressive litigation style. Though he believes most cases should settle, he knows thorough litigation preparation establishes a foundation to negotiate from a position of strength.
Jonathan Anderson has taught, lectured and published materials on a variety of family law issues. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, DuPage Bar Association; and is a member of the Family Law Committees in each of those legal associations.
Mr. Anderson has been recognized with awards from multiple organizations. Avvo, which creates attorney ratings using a mathematical formula based on publicly available information, has rated him 10 out of 10. Martindale-Hubbell, an organization which provides peer review ratings, has given him a rating of Preeminent, which is their highest peer rating standard. Kasia Malkinska

Mrs. Naugle's legal career began as an Assistant State's Attorney with the Office of the DuPage County State's Attorney. Mrs. Naugle was part of the prosecutorial team working alongside the State's Attorney in the highly publicized sentencing of Brian Dugan, a convicted serial killer. Throughout her 5 years with the State's Attorney's Office, she handled a high volume of cases. This included prosecuting general misdemeanors, domestic violence, violations of orders of protection, DUI and traffic violations. After being promoted to the Felony Division, Mrs. Naugle prosecuted complex abuse and neglect cases involving DCFS, status of parental rights, child removal and juvenile delinquency cases.
Mrs. Naugle's vast experience permits her to properly evaluate each case to determine the solution to obtain the most favorable outcome for her clients. She is an accomplished litigator having tried over 150 cases to verdict, including 8 jury trials. While she has extensive trial experience, Mrs. Naugle is also a skilled negotiator routinely settling the majority of her cases. Her diligent work ethic, coupled with her litigation experience and a courtroom presence, allows her to effectively negotiate complicated matters and disputes.

Christopher J. Maurer

Christopher J. Maurer is a licensed Illinois attorney with ten years of experience who has focused his practice in the area of family law including divorce issues (contested and uncontested divorces, high-stakes litigation, complex financial and business divorces), adoptions and paternity cases, preparation of prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements, custody disputes, establishing visitation schedules, child support calculation and alimony / maintenance determination, grandparent rights, disputes regarding removing children from Illinois, and enforcing court orders. Mr. Maurer is also trained and qualified to act asGuardian ad Litem, Child's Representative, and Attorney for the Child in the Sixteenth and Eighteenth Judicial Circuits of Illinois.
In addition to being a seasoned trial court litigator, Mr. Maurer has substantial appellate litigation experience, having won several cases on appeal before the Illinois Appellate Court, one of which was sent back to the trial court, resulting in a $1.7 million verdict in favor of the Appellant upon retrial.
Mr. Maurer also assists clients in developing estate plans (wills, trusts, powers of attorney for health care, powers of attorney for property) to ensure that their assets are protected during their lifetimes and after their deaths. Mr. Maurer regularly utilizes estate planning tools to meet his clients' goals of avoiding probate, reducing or avoiding estate taxes, nominating guardians of children, and protecting assets from creditors. Mr. Maurer also represents administrators, executors, heirs and guardians in various guardianship and probate proceedings, including complex, multi-million dollar estates.

Deanna Williams

Deanna Williams is a licensed attorney concentrating in the areas of divorce, parentage, child support, probate, estate planning, and bankruptcy in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will and the surrounding collar counties.
Deanna graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State University in 2013, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Psychology. Deanna received her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2016.
Deanna gained significant experience working as a law clerk at Anderson and Associates, P.C. throughout law school. In 2016, Deanna was hired on as an associate attorney. Deanna remains active in the legal community as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and DuPage County Bar Association.

Dennise L. McCann

Dennise L. McCann graduated from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, summa cum laude, in 1984 with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Sociology. She graduated from The John Marshall Law School in January of 1988. During law school, Dennise interned for the Honorable Susan Pierson Sonderby, United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois and was a law clerk for Anderson and Associates, P.C.
After graduation, from 1988 to 1992, Dennise was a career law clerk to the Honorable Susan Pierson Sonderby, responsible for reviewing her daily motion call, researching legal issues, drafting opinions and writing speech materials for continuing legal education programs.
In 1994, Dennise became an associate with Anderson and Associates, P.C. responsible for handling complex family law, bankruptcy and probate matters. In 2007, she became the managing attorney of the Wheaton Office.

Robert J. Boszko

Robert J. Boszko ("Bob") began his career at Anderson and Associates, P.C. in 2002 as a law clerk and was hired as an associate attorney in 2004. Bob practices primarily out of the firm's Schaumburg (Cook County) office where his practice is focused on complex financial divorce andallocation of parental responsibility (child custody) disputes.
Bob's comprehensive understanding of various areas of law including, Tax Law, Business Transactions and Planning, Real Estate Transactions, and Estate Planning and Administration, provide him the foundation and creativity to resolve complicated divorce and parental responsibility disputes. Bob utilizes compassion and his background in psychology to counsel his client's through the tumultuous and emotional litigation process.
Bob graduatedmagna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 2000. In 2004, Bob graduated from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law, with a certification in the law of taxation. Bob is currently pursuing a Masters of Law in Taxation (L.L.M.) from Loyola University Chicago - School of Law. Noelle C. Cislo

Noelle C. Cislo is a licensed attorney concentrating in the areas ofdivorce,post-decree issues,probate andestate planning. Noelle is based in the Orland Park office of Anderson and Associates, P.C. and serves clients throughout Cook County, DuPage County, and Will County areas.
Noelle graduated from DePaul University in 2011 where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree,Cum Laude, in Political Science. While at DePaul, Noelle made the Dean's List and was a recipient of the DePaul Scholars Award for her strong academic achievements.
Noelle received her Juris Doctorate,Cum Laude, from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2014. During law school, Noelle served as a Notes and Comments Editor of the school's Law Review and wrote an article regarding grandparent visitation rights. Additionally, Noelle was an active member of the Child and Family Law Society, Society of Women and Law, and Phi Alpha Delta.
During law school, Noelle clerked for the Honorable Raul Vega in the domestic relations division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and volunteered with Family Rescue at the Cook County Domestic Violence Courthouse where she dedicated her time to assisting victims of domestic violence to obtain Orders of Protection. Noelle's passion for family law began after her first year of law school when she joined Chicago-Kent's Family Law Clinic where she was able to obtain hands-on experience by helping low-income clients receive the representation that they deserved.
Noelle joined Anderson and Associates, P.C. in 2014 and was hired as an associate attorney in 2015. Noelle is an active member of the legal community as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, and Southwest Suburban Bar Association.

Sarah A. Nolan

Sarah A. Nolan practices out of the firm's Orland Park office, where she practices in a variety of areas of law, including:Family Law,Estate Planning,Bankruptcy,Creditor Negotiations and Litigation. Ms. Nolan handles cases in Cook County, Will County, and the surrounding collar counties.
Ms. Nolan received her Bachelor of Arts degree,Cum Laude, from Loyola University of Chicago in 2005. In 2009, Ms. Nolan earned her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University - College of Law.

Kelly L. Petersen

Kelly L. Petersen is a licensed attorney concentrating in the areas ofdivorce,post-decree issues,child andspousal support,allocation of parental responsibility (custody),parentage,parenting time (visitation),pre-marital agreements, and domestic violence/orders of protection in Cook, Kane, McHenry and Lake Counties. While in law school at DePaul University College of Law, Ms. Petersen earned a certificate in Public Interest Law and received a CALI Award for the highest grade in Comparative Family Law for her dissertation on the enforcement of religious pre-marital agreements.
Ms. Petersen joined Anderson & Associates in 2012 and was hired on as an associate attorney in 2013. Ms. Petersen served on the Associate Board of Directors of LifeSpan (a non-profit legal organization providing services for victims of domestic violence) until 2017. She is also still active in the legal community as a Co-Chair of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association's Young Lawyer's Committee beginning in 2016.

Ashley Steinhoff

Ashley Steinhoff is a licensed attorney concentrating in the areas ofdivorce,parentage,child support,child custody and domestic violence. Ashley graduated from Michigan State University in 2012, where she earned her Bachelor's of Arts in Advertising. Ashley then received her Juris Doctorate with a Certificate in Family Law from the DePaul University College of Law in 2015.
During law school, Ashley earned the Chancellor's Award for Community Service for over 100 hours of community service during law school. Ashley spent many of her volunteer hours at the Cook County Domestic Violence Courthouse, where she assisted others in obtaining Orders of Protection. Ashley also participated in a service trip to Washington, D.C. to assist various organizations dealing with homelessness.
Ashley participated in the DePaul Family Law Clinic, where she received the CALI Award for Excellence, as well as the DePaul Poverty Law Clinic. Ashley was also a member of the DePaul Journal of Women, Gender & the Law.

Rebecca L. Zeilenga

Rebecca L. Zeilenga practices out of the firm's Schaumburg office, where she practices in a variety of areas of law, including:Family Law,Adoption,Bankruptcy,Creditor Negotiations and Litigation. Mrs. Zeilenga handles cases in Cook County and the surrounding collar counties.
Mrs. Zeilenga received her Bachelor of Arts degree,Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University in 2003. In 2007, Mrs. Zeilenga earned her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Mrs. Zeilenga joined Anderson and Associates, P.C. in 2008 and was hired on as an associate attorney. She is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.
