Commercial & Corporate Litigation

Our attorneys came together with the purpose of helping victims seek legal counsel and obtain compensation for a variety of personal injury cases. We realized that there were many areas of law in which larger corporations were able to take advantage of innocent individuals based largely on the fact that the plaintiffs did not know their legal rights or options. This is where our attorneys decided to intervene to become the connecting factor between victims and our affiliated attorneys. Based on the experience of our affiliated attorneys, we have been able to establish connections for a wide range of personal injury lawsuits such as dangerous drug lawsuits, product liability lawsuits including defective hip replacement devices, semi-truck and train accident cases and wrongful death lawsuits, just to name a few.
Thanks to our dedication to helping injured plaintiffs, we have had the opportunity to expand our practice areas to include not only product liability lawsuits but also premises liability cases as well. Our affiliated attorneys handle drunk driver accidents and provide DWI-DUI defense for those accused of causing an accident while under the influence. These lawyers take pride in helping those suffering from nursing home abuse and neglect, and work to ensure that victims and their families are fairly compensated for any unjust or malicious treatment. Additionally, they represent victims who are fighting for benefits that were promised to be paid to them by car insurance providers; the policyholder is legally entitled to that money yet some providers insist on refraining from paying out the benefits for one reason or another.
While most lawyers only focus on one or two areas of law, our goal is to ensure that you are matched with a lawyer who can give you the experience and attention that your case requires. Every case is different and an attorney that works well for one client may not be the proper fit for another. By expanding our practice areas to encompass a broader variety of subjects, we increase our ability to help you connect with an attorney who has experience in situations like yours. While some firms may handle larger, more common practice areas such as product liability, dangerous drugs and defective medical devices, not all firms represent victims of premises liability or airplane accidents.
Each firm must first consider its own overall personality and work style before they can decide on areas in which they feel comfortable practicing. There is no magic way of knowing how successful a firm will be once they decide to choose a specific practice area; each offers its own personality and culture. For example, lawyers who enjoy working on large teams may find excitement in deal work or litigation matters. Lawyers that are fascinated with cutting-edge technology may consider intellectual property as a potential practice area. An attorney who feels most comfortable working with non-corporate or individual clients may invest time developing a family law or trusts and estates practice. Those who are more academic and introspective may prefer antitrust or tax practices.
Although our lawyers have decided on these primary areas of practice for a variety of reasons, the main driving force behind our firm is you. We do not simply choose our practice areas based on potential income alone; in fact, while many lawyers can make positive impacts, litigation has little to do with virtue triumphing over evil. While we work to ensure that victims cannot be taken advantage of by larger corporations, our practice areas have everything to do with advocating your position based upon applicable law and the facts of your case.
Our affiliated attorneys have the experience, ability and knowledge in all our practice areas to fight for you, the victim, against larger corporations. While some plaintiffs may feel that they can accurately and properly represent themselves against conglomerates, taking on a company of that magnitude may seem frightening and overwhelming to others. They are not afraid to ensure that you understand your legal rights and help you to obtain expert witnesses and evidence to help you solidify your case.
No matter what area in which you need services, you will get our dedication and hard work to help you receive the compensation to which you are entitled. We chose our practice areas on behalf of the victims and their families who were suffering from the lack of compensation due to another partyâs negligence. We employ our professional judgment in our primary areas of practice to help victims we help understand their rights. Our areas of practice and the cases we handle also help to prevent larger corporations from trampling on the âlittle guysâ in the future, simply because they do not have the time, money or resources to fight for themselves to obtain compensation.
Our group of lawyers strives to identify and embed the core elements that further the mission of our firm. These values, designed to differentiate, unite and help drive strategic action and priorities, help make our firm what it is today. We are committed to helping victims like you achieve your goals by providing focused legal advice with the intention to exceed your expectations.
We strive to help our clients benefit from our education and experience by combining standards of law and business with client service. We also work to maintain the depth, scale and quality of resources necessary to meet each of our clientâs needs wherever and whenever they arise.
The experience and education of our affiliated lawyers are the foundations for our determination to become a leader in our areas of law. We believe that, by consistently striving to provide superior client service, we will be involved in the most challenging and interesting client work.
We trust the power of teamwork, collegiality and collaboration, resulting in our approachable and open communication style. We also expect our affiliated lawyers to be continuously creative and flexible in order to maintain the drive and desire to embrace new challenges and experiences. Additionally, âreal worldâ experience has taught us to put the needs and interests of our clients before our own, solidifying the notion of the importance of client service.
While education has helped us to be at the forefront of the legal knowledge, our experience has shown us that foresight, a willingness to have our own voice on important issues and a desire to share ideas also encompass our beliefs as a firm. While our schooling taught us the legalities of our current areas of practice, we encourage our affiliated lawyers to also have the confidence necessary to push boundaries and challenge existing ways of thinking to help the client be represented competently and successfully.
Giving thanks to our combination of education and experience, our core strength comes from our partnership with other attorneys and the way we approach seemingly impossible matters. Our firm strives not only to deliver excellent customer service, but also create a working environment where are attorneys and clients can achieve success. While we also understand the importance of positively impacting the larger community, we also respect our ambitions to fight for victimsâ rights to ensure that they are treated fairly and with respect, no matter what the situation.
In terms of our specific education and experience, each of our lawyers received Bachelorâs degrees; one graduated cum laude while another was awarded magna cum laude recognition. Our lawyers also received Juris Doctorates at their respective educational institutions, proving that we are serious about a solid learning foundation. In our law firm, our education allowed us to obtain licensure in our respective states. We emphasize a variety of practice areas including airplane, drunk driver, truck and train accidents, defective medical devices, dangerous drugs, civil litigations, insurance claims, nursing home abuse and neglect, personal injury, premises liability, products liability and wrongful death cases.
With such a wide range of services, experience and education, our clients know that we have a solid block of knowledge to ensure that our affiliated attorneys are able to competently represent any number of cases. With a familiarity in handling these cases comes the confidence necessary to achieve settlements; in some cases, potential clients may feel as though they can handle cases better themselves. However, when they are finally face-to-face with larger, multinational corporations, they feel overwhelmed and scared.
While every good lawyer is accredited through his or her respective stateâs bar association, having education under your belt is not always enough. In many instances, lawyers find themselves reviewing textbooks, laws and legal terms to help a client; they do not have the experience to know what evidence to provide, the best witnesses to call or how to accurately represent a case on behalf of the client. Textbooks are vital to succeeding, but it is our diverse work experience and human resources that allow us to tackle a wide variety of cases with confidence.
Keeping our core beliefs and a respect for each of our clients at the front of our minds, our firm is ready and able to handle any case that needs our attention. We can attribute our past successes to a combination of education and experience, allowing us to provide superior client service while never forgetting the task at hand: Fighting for the rights of our clients.
With thousands of lawyers across the country, those who are seeking legal counsel must make sure they make the right choice in deciding on their representation. After all, an attorney with skill and experience is more likely to obtain the compensation victims deserve than one who lacks the legal knowledge to handle litigations. However, in order to obtain a well-rounded and experienced lawyer, clients must know what constitutes an educated firm.
First, our lawyers have a solid understanding of the law and the legal system. Our education is grounded in academic education, and we are well-versed through books and our schooling about the practice of law. While it may seem like an obvious factor, not many clients consider legal knowledge to be important when they are seeking assistance from an attorney. Just because a lawyer graduated from the best law school in the nation does not necessarily mean that they have a solid understanding of the way our legal system works. With that being said, clients must ensure that the lawyer whom they choose has both education and experience in handling similar cases.
We also pride ourselves on our negotiating abilities. While negotiation is not necessarily the entire process, it constitutes a large part of what attorneys practice; our lawyers are comfortable and confident in utilizing this particular skill. Regardless of whether it is a personal injury case or a product liability lawsuit, the vast majority of cases are resolved without a court settlement. In other words, lawyers will be negotiating on behalf of our clients to settle these cases so it is vital that lawyers have experience doing so.
Additionally, our firm continually strives to provide superior client service skills. We understand that it is the client that makes up our business, and we work hard to ensure that our clients are satisfied, no matter the outcome of their case. It hardly matters if a lawyer has a strong understanding of the law if he or she is unable to handle and communicate with others throughout the litigation process. Our attorneys must converse not only with our clients but with other lawyers, possible witnesses, medical experts, and the judge overseeing the case. A lawyer who does not have a solid foundation of people skills may be less likely to obtain the results that his or her client deserves.
It is vital that an attorney remain available to his or her clients. There is little more frustrating than having questions and needing answers while being unable to reach an attorney. Many lawyers fail to understand that the clients are the ones that are most important in the legal system, not themselves. Although a lawyer must often be in court or conferences and is not able to pick up the phone or respond to an email at the drop of a hat, our lawyers work to ensure that our clients are kept in the loop and respond as soon as possible to any pending questions or concerns.
At our firm, our attorneys are flexible. Cases that are important now may not have been worth the bat of an eyelid years ago. By the same token, a very in-demand legal practice may not be all that important 10 years from now. We understand that times change, and the advance of technology may have a strong influence on where our firm takes us a few years down the road. We are unafraid and confident with our practice. Our sense of adventure ensures that we will not be afraid to break new ground in the legal field. Our firm is continuously ready and willing to step outside of our comfort zones for the needs of our clients. We take every challenge as an opportunity to learn more and expand our horizons as there are no two cases that are exactly alike.
Our lawyers also strive to exercise their best professional judgment. An attorney will be required to make many decisions throughout the legal process, and his or her clients rely on him to make the best ones that will help to maximize their compensation or help ensure a positive outcome to the case. In order to make these decisions, a lawyer must have sound judgment. If an attorney convinces a client to turn down a settlement in order to go to trial and the client ultimately loses the case, it is the client who suffers. Our firm has the skills and knowledge to properly assess each individual situation and make the professional decisions to help ensure the best possible outcome.
We know that making a decision about representation takes time, energy and thought. With our combination of skills, experience and education, we are confident that we can represent our clients to help ensure they receive the compensation they deserve.
