I have assisted clients dealing with complex jurisdictional issues between multiple states to determine the proper state for child custody and child support situations.
I assist a wide range of clients, from those that know what they want but want an attorney to look everything over and assist in proper preparation of documents, to cases that need some negotiation to be resolved, or those cases requiring trial.
I secured relinquishment from the biological father to allow a step-parent to adopt their spouse's child.

I chose to practice primarily in the area of family law because it allows me to connect with people and help them through a difficult time in their life. I take pride in assisting people to reach satisfactory solutions in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Clients should feel free to make efforts to educate themselves. This will help ensure they know their options, create more realistic expectations, and assist in achieving a more desirable result.
I am willing to review documents prepared by clients and to provide recommendations for change.
Law can be complex and the decision to represent oneself should not be taken lightly. However, I am willing to provide representation on a limited scope basis or alternatively to provide advice on procedures for my standard fee.
