As a mediator, I provide an affordable alternative to costly court battles. This will save your sanity and resources. I will work with you and your spouse to design an amicable agreement for your future. This agreement will guide your family and allow everyone involved to move on to new stage in their lives. Typically, this agreement will cover your finances and, if you have children, a parenting plan and child support. The draft agreement will be written clearly and collaboratively. After we prepare it, we can fill in the forms that you will need to present to the court. If you wish, you may then choose to have an attorney and/or an accountant review the documents prior to filing. Ultimately, the agreement and forms will be filed with the courtâs clerk and your case will be set for a final hearing as an uncontested and agreed upon dissolution of marriage. You may also choose to meet with me further to continue work on parenting coordination of your separation.
