Allyn Smith Law Group, P.C. was formed to assist our clients' transition through some of the most difficult and complex issues in their lives, from divorce and post-judgment divorce issues, to consumer bankruptcy, real estate issues and estate planning matters. We provide a team approach, and guide and educate our clients throughout the process so that they are empowered to make the best decisions for themselves.

Allyn Smith Law Group, P.C. was formed in 2008 by Eden J. Allyn and Kristin M. Smith. Attorneys Allyn and Smith have over twenty-five years of combined legal experience to provide our clients with the legal solutions they need.

We have represented clients in a variety of family law, as well as other legal matters. Each matter is as individual as the clients we have represented, and each is entitled to the respect of utmost confidentiality. How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Again, I wanted to be able to help people transition through their difficulties. I've done a considerable amount of representation of corporations and wanted to be able to do something that actually matters to the people involved.

Eden J. Allyn

I have been practicing since 1996 and have represented individuals and corporations, and began practicing solo in 2001. In 2008, my partner, Kristin M. Smith and I formed Allyn Smith Law Group, P.C. Our philosophy is to provide a personalized team approach to our client's legal issues.

Everything matters! I learn from every representation I undertake, and I make a point of paying attention to the world around me because it can spark the creative thinking that can be used to assist my clients.

I am compassionate, but strong and am able to modify my approach to a matter based on what is best suited to the situation. My clients feel that they truly have an advocate on their side.
Personal interests:

There's nothing better than spending time with my loved-ones and my dog, but I have a lot of other interests when time permits.
