Family is the most important thing on Earth to us, and we know we're not alone in feeling this way. We want to help people through the most difficult time in their lives.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
Mr. Peterson has always worked with children. He was a tutor to sixth graders in High School. He worked with special needs children during College. He taught the 'Tween Boot Camp at a local YMCA during Law School. He now volunteers at the Teen Court Program.
Mr. Peterson takes a special interest in children, and they always remain in focus in his cases.
Kids crave structure, and divorce and family law are anything but stable. We attempt to navigate the legal process for our clients so their children can reach a stable ground, as soon as possible, with as little pain as possible.
Mr. Peterson is a proud father and husband, a Baltimore, Maryland transplant, a parishioner at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, diocese of Venice and a graduate of Ave Maria School of Law. He volunteers his time at the Collier County Teen Court program. Mr. Peterson practices exclusively matrimonial and family law and has helped many families find stability in the midst of divorce or custody disputes.
Mr. Peterson's family is the most important thing on Earth to him, and he understands his clients feel the same way about their families.
When out of the office, Mr. Peterson can be found with his children at the local YMCA, beach or park.
