We are civil trial and appeal lawyers. We take cases throughout Eastern Washington including Grant County, Adams County, Spokane County, and surrounding areas. We currently have offices in both Spokane and Moses Lake, which allows convenient access for our clients throughout Central and Eastern Washington.

We stay on the cutting edge of technologyalways looking for ways to help our clients as efficiently as possible. We take advantage of the latest in computer hardware and software so you can be sure if there's a better, faster way to get the job done it is probably already hard at work helping your case.

We are careful to accept a limited number of clients and cases so we can focus the time and attention that each of our clients' cases deserve. If you want to find out whether we could help solve your legal problem, please call us because either we would be happy to sit down for a free consultation (if it's an area we practice in). Even if we can't help, we will do what we can to get you to the right lawyer who can.

Matthew Albrecht

A Montana native, Matt worked in construction until he moved to Spokane for college. Expecting to return to Montana, he was surprised to fall in love with the Inland Northwest and made the move to Spokane a permanent one. He worked his way through law school as a planner for the Washington State Department of Transportation. Matt's background gives him a unique knowledge of construction, real estate, and highway design law.

Matt began his legal career in Spokane before moving to work with George Ahrend for several years in Grant County. Although he misses the wonderful small-town feel of Ephrata and seeing his friends and clients there on a daily basis, Matt and his family were also excited to return to Spokane in 2012. He now regularly practices throughout Eastern and Central Washington with regular visits to Moses Lake and Ephrata. Matt's practice focuses on construction, highway design defect, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

In addition, Matt has co-authored a book of authority on Insurance Law as well has 6-7 most widely respected publications by Washington Law. These books have been cited as the Washington authority by Washington Court of Appeals and by the Washington Supreme Court dozens of times.
