Our team at Aguiar Injury Lawyers understands the loss that can occur after any type of accident. Not only may you have physical pain and suffering in addition to lost wages from not being able to work, but you may also be facing a serious, permanent impairment. We take a comprehensive approach to accident investigation, gathering evidence as quickly as possible to support your case. We work with a team of professionals that include investigators, accident re-constructionists, witnesses, forensic specialists, life care planners, and medical examiners. Together, we work to develop the best strategy that will protect your rights and achieve a fair settlement.
Auto Accident
In today's world, many individuals spend more time in their automobiles than they do in their homes. Due to increased traffic on the roadways, automobile accidents occur more commonly than ever before.
Car accidents are extremely common. The addition of technology such as cellular phones, tablet computers, and e-readers adds to the many distractions that drivers already face. Drivers everywhere are paying less attention to their surroundings, often leading to vehicle collisions. As a result, the victim of a negligent driver may face serious injury, permanent disability, and financial ruin.
Workers Compensation
There are many considerations to be undertaken after being injured on the job. If you need help with your workers' compensation case or have questions about your benefits, please contact Aguiar Injury Lawyers at 502-400-6969.
To a person not familiar with the Kentucky Workers' Compensation system, it can be a confusing maze of insurance rules and regulations. Let one of our experienced attorneys help guide you through the maze to ensure that you obtain all of the Kentucky workers' compensation benefits you deserve.

How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our firm is filled with attorneys and other team members that possess a collective, blue collar approach to practicing law. We enjoy being the Davids vs. the insurance company Goliaths and enjoy the satisfaction of successfully removing stress from injured victims. The firm began with Sam Aguiar's vision of building a practice that would be the most responsive law firm in the personal injury sector.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others?

Our lawyers all understand and appreciate the concept of a contingency fee practice vs a billable practice. Our performance dictates not only our client recoveries, but the firm's as well. While many of our lawyers have worked in other practices, they would all collectively agree that our firm's unified, team based approach to case handling, when combined with our uncompromised core values, sets us apart from other firm's approaches to case handling.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Aguiar Injury Lawyers has a firm wide mission of taking stress away from injured victims. This is why we come to work each day. We have two uncompromised core values that distinguish us from our competition and allow us to take a unique approach towards accomplishing our mission. These values are exuding World Class Customer Service at all times and maintaining The Highest Responsiveness in the Industry. Being represented by Aguiar Injury Lawyers means being surrounded by a large team that answers all of your phone calls, understands your concerns, utilizes a knowledgeable and aggressive demeanor to solve the issues with your case promptly, and treats you the way you deserve to be treated throughout the entire case process.
