DEFERRED ACTION FOR CHILDHOOD ARRIVALS (DA CA)

In 2012 a new program began - if you were 30 years old or younger on June 15, 2012 and you arrived in the USA as a child before your 16th birthday, you may be eligible for Deferred Action for 2 years, with Employment Authorization. Contact me for a consultation and case preparation.


CONSULAR PROCESSING:

WAIVERS FOR EXTREME HARDSHIP I-601 AND PROVSIONAL WAIVERS I-601A:

I offer advice and preparation of Waivers for Extreme Hardship for spouses and children of American citizens or Legal Permanent Residents. The Waiver is similar to a pardon for spouses and children who came to the US with no visa or who may have other complications. I can assist with gathering proof of extreme hardship and guiding you and your family so that you will have the strongest possible Waiver application.

Los solicitantes pueden aplicar para la Accion Diferida por dos anos, sujeto a renovacion, y ser elegibles para autorizacion de empleo. Yo ofrezco consultas y asesoria para preparar su caso. Favor de programar una cita y consultar su Accion Diferida Para los Llegados en la Infancia.


PROCESO CONSULAR
