Zhou is a graduate of UCLA and has been practicing law since 1999. Mr. Zhou is a DRE licensed real estate broker as well as an attorney. He has a wealth of experience with all types of bankruptcy and foreclosure defense, as well as Criminal/DUI Defense, civil litigation and family law. Mr. Zhou also has trial experience in criminal law, civil litigation, family law, probate matters, and unlawful detainers. Mr. Zhou was also on the conflict panel of criminal defense attorneys in the County of San Bernardino which is the equivalent of the alternate public defender's office. Mr. Chini has both Federal and Civil court experience. Mr. Chini has experience filing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Ron Chini

Ron Chini is a partner  and Co-founder with the Law Firm of Zhou and Chini. Mr. Chini focuses on legal issues surrounding financial distress and more specifically, the bankruptcy code, debt collection defense, debt, short sale/pay and “cash for keys”  negotiation, unlawful detainers and automatic stay litigation. Mr. Chini  has both Federal and Civil court experience. He is a graduate of UCLA and has been practicing law since 1999.  Mr. Zhou has a wealth of experience in bankruptcy, civil litigation, family law, criminal law and unlawful detainers. Mr. Zhou has trial experience in criminal law, DUI/DWI civil litigation, family law, probate matters, and unlawful detainers. Mr. Zhou was also on the conflict panel of criminal defense attorneys in the County of San Bernardino which is the equivalent of the alternate public defender's office. At this time, in line with the firm's specializations, Mr. Zhou's main focus is on bankruptcy relief for debtors and criminal defense work. It is critical that clients hire an attorney that is experienced in ALL types of bankruptcy.
