Albie B. Jachimowicz

Albie Jachimowicz, a former police officer in San Mateo County, was admitted to the State Bar in 1982 and has been both a winning criminal & civil trial lawyer for several years since that time. He has tried a wide variety of cases in State and Federal court, including murder cases. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University at Sacramento and received his law degree from Santa Clara Law School.
In his free time, he races in both road and off-road bicycle races and is one of the best attorneys in California for dealing with the injuries of bicyclist on road and off including most vehicle accidents.

Joshua Robinett Jachimowicz

Joshua Robinett Jachimowicz was admitted to the State Bar in 2011. Mr. Jachimowicz began working with his father's firm as a law clerk while attending law school. He graduated the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor's degree in Physics. Like his father, he received his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law. While at Santa Clara, he received honors for his academic efforts in Wills and Trusts, Employment Discrimination and Trial Techniques classes. Joshua handles both criminal and personal injury matters, and has done so since he passed the bar. He is familiar with both the criminal and civil court systems, and has built connections in both. Mr. Jachimowicz married his law school sweetheart, Caitlin Robinett Jachimowicz, who also works at Jachimowicz Law Group. Their daughter, Penelope, is 18 months old. Mr. and Mrs. Jachimowicz reside in Morgan Hill and enjoy spending their time exploring their new community with their daughter.

Mrs. Jachimowicz graduated magna cum laude from Seattle University in Seattle, WA in 2006 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2010. Prior to joining the Jachimowicz Law Group Attorneys at Law, Inc.; Mrs. Jachimowicz worked for The Law Office of Daniel Jensen, Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren and the Panetta Institute for Public Policy.

When not at work, Mrs. Jachimowicz enjoys spending time with her husband Josh, also an attorney at the firm, and their daughter, Penelope. She enjoys traveling, and looks forward to her yearly trip to Pinecrest Lake with family. She loves to dance and is a life-long musician.

Jachimowicz was awarded the Student Leader of the Year award in 2010 and was awarded scholarships from the NAACP and Santa Clara Law Alumni Association for her pro bono and volunteer work with underprivileged communities. Mrs. Jachimowicz was featured in the Santa Clara Law and Undergraduate magazines for her legal research in Haiti.
