Neil Short

Neil arrived in Wyoming in 1970 by Amtrak train. He then took the Zanetti Zephyr Bus from Rawlins to Lander where he attended and became an Instructor and Course Leader at the National Outdoor leadership School. Following Law School, Neil settled in Casper. He has been blessed to raise three wonderful children and to help in the raising of two equally wonderful step-children. When not at his office, Neil enjoys working out and hiking and skiing.
