We have over 18 years experience in representing Wyoming citizens in claims for SSDI and SSI. Don't call an out-of -state firm. Choose a WYOMING lawyer with a proven record.
Make the right choice: Choose a WYOMING lawyer with a proven record.
Neil and his staff of qualified paralegals live and work in Wyoming. If you deal with an out-of-state group, there may be delay in returning your phone calls and you may not speak to the same person consistently. Often, certain out-of-state groups don't even send a Wyoming lawyer to the hearing to represent you.
If you call Neil's office, you will receive experienced, personal, professional representation by a WYOMING lawyer. You will speak first with one of the office's qualified, experienced paralegals. Your call will be returned by Neil or an appointment will be made to talk with Neil at an early date.
At the time of the hearing, Neil will submit a brief on your behalf and make certain that all medical records are in your file. You will be prepared to talk to the ALJ who decides your case. Care will be taken to be sure that your health problems are fully and accurately explained. Your case will be presented at a hearing by Neil, or, in some rare cases, by a qualified Wyoming attorney who assists Neil when the roads are bad or if there is a scheduling conflict.
You have choices when choosing a representative. Choose wisely.
How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
We feel blessed to serve people in their time of great need. When we are able to help Wyoming claimants collect benefits and qualify for Medicare or Medicaid, we are grateful for the opportunity to assist people who wish to move forward with their lives and heal.
What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others
Neil is a member of the Wyoming Bar and has 18 years of experience in representing thousands of Wyoming claimants in every Wyoming town and county.
