Radal Cohen

Randal Neal Cohen graduated from the University of California with honors in 1976. He was an English major with a minor in theater. Mr. Cohen immediately thereafter attended the University of San Diego School of Law. He graduated with a J.D. in 1979 and passed the bar that same year.

Randal Neal Cohen has been a practicing attorney since 1980. He has been a past or present member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Ventura County Bar Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, and the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He has also been a speaker for various Chambers of Commerce throughout the Southern California area. He serves as a mediator for the Alhambra and Santa Monica courts.

Mr. Cohen has participated in hundreds of arbitrations and trials throughout California. In the past year alone, he has recovered for the firm's clients millions of dollars. Mr. Cohen's philosophy is to get involved before a lawsuit is filed and personally interact with the physicians and the clients in preparing a settlement demand. Settlement demands are personally composed by Mr. Cohen and are several pages long with multiple exhibits.
