How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

I have always been interested in personal injury, and my almost ten years as a Deputy City Attorney and as the Assistant City Attorney for the cities of Redlands and San Bernardino helped me develop my skills in personal injury law. With these two cities, I gained extensive experience in litigating a wide variety of personal injury claims, from trip and falls and slip and falls to motor vehicle accidents to inverse condemnation claims involving property damage from flooding.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

My years as a government lawyer defending two local cities taught me to think like a defense lawyer, which helps me avoid traps that other plaintiffs' attorneys sometimes fall into. My experience as staff attorney at Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino and the cities of Redlands and San Bernardino have shown me the value of being of service to others. I continue this service through helping people who have been injured to gain the compensation they require.
