Michael Levin
Yes
VERY limited Spanish and Russian, but expect to provide a translator.
Attorney Levin was first immersed in the field of workers' compensation assisting with public policy studies of various states' systems. He developed a deep respect and interest in the philosophy of workers' compensation from there, and decided to put his knowledge to good use, representing injured workers as they are most in need of representation.
Unlike many other workers' compensation specialists, Attorney Levin have been exposed to the workers' compensation systems of numerous states, allowing him a unique opportunity to understand how other states work. Though each states' laws may be similar, each has developed their own unique interpretations. Understanding how, why and where other states have come to conclusions about their laws allows him the opportunity to find persuasive arguments to assist in Massachusetts cases.
Attorney Levin has also had the experience of handling cases from both sides of the proverbial aisle - representing at different times both employers and their insurers AND injured workers. Representing and working with insurance carriers has given him a unique understanding of how insurance carriers operate, their strategies, and how best to obtain a favorable outcome from them.
As a solo practitioner, Attorney Levin is able to respond personally to his phone calls, and speaks directly with his clients. There is no waiting to reach him via a secretary intercepting calls in between. At worst you may get his voicemail, but he always returns his calls and responds to emails personally.
