Michael J. Wyatt Wyatt
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts (Summa Cum Laude) from Washburn University in 2004, and a Juris Doctorate (with honors) from Washburn University School of Law in 2007. He has been licensed to practice law in Kansas since 2007 when he started his career with the Wichita defense firm of Klenda, Mitchell, Austerman & Zuercher, LLC. Michael is a trial lawyer, an award-winning published author, and has successfully litigated numerous multi-million dollar cases. In 2012, Michael was named to the Rising Stars list published in Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers magazine to recognize distinguished attorneys under 40, an honor that is awarded to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state of Kansas. He focuses his practice in the law of negligence, including wrongful death, automobile / trucking accidents, catastrophic injury, products liability, nursing home neglect, and premises liability. Michael is licensed in both Kansas State and Federal Courts. Scott Mann received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 1983. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas Law School in 1986. Scott began his career practicing in insurance defense at the firm of Gilliland & Hayes, LLC, where he was a partner for 14 years. In 2000, Scott formed Mann Law Offices, LLC, a firm dedicated to pursuing justice for injured victims. Scott practices in the areas of workers compensation and personal injury, including negligence, wrongful death, automobile and trucking accidents, catastrophic injury, products liability, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and premises liability. Scott is a published author and is licensed in both Kansas State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Association for Justice, the Reno County Bar Association, and the Wichita Bar Association.

Mitchell Rice
Mitch Rice is a native of Hutchinson, Kan. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wichita State University and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2002. Prior to law school, he worked as an insurance adjustor handling personal injury claims. Mr. Rice has civil litigation experience from both the plaintiff and defense perspectives and has exclusively represented personal injury plaintiffs and workers? compensation claimants since 2004. Mr. Rice is a published author and has successfully argued multiple cases before the Kansas Supreme Court and Kansas Court of Appeals, most notably, the Kansas Supreme Court case of Elstun v. Spangles, which expanded business liability for dangerous parking lot conditions, and Dutkiewicz v. Benchmark Insurance, which expanded uninsured motorist coverage for injured drivers. He is licensed in both Kansas State and Federal Courts, and is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Kansas Association for Justice, and the Reno County Bar Association.
