Steven H. Mevorah is the founder of the Mevorah Law Offices with locations in Lombard, Bloomingdale and Chicago. Tracey Hower is an associate attorney with the Mevorah Law Offices who brings her extensive and seasoned business background to her Family Law practice. Having been an Operations Manager for a fortune 500 company, among others, Tracey utilizes her business acumen to handle complex family law matters including valuation and division of corporate or other business assets. Tracey has a proven track record in contested divorce, custody, visitation, child support, paternity, and post decree cases in DuPage and Kane Counties.

At the Mevorah Law Offices, Tracey is compassionate about her clients needs and advocates for her clients vigorously both in the courtroom and with opposing counsel during negotiations, never losing sight of what is important to her clients. Tracey takes the time to find out what is important to her clients, gets a perspective of the entire case, and uses her negotiation and litigation experiences to creatively and successfully advocate for her clients.

Laura Childs has practiced law for 14 years. She is our senior Workers Compensation attorney, focusing her practice on Workers Compensation claims and appeals as well as plaintiffs Personal Injury cases.

Ms. Childs aggressively negotiates with insurance companies and litigates Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury claims to help clients recover financial compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering resulting from accidents. A signification portion of her practice is devoted to helping clients with work-related injuries when benefits are denied or disputes arise about the nature and extent of injuries.

Paul Henry Millewich graduated from the National Law Center at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and received his B.S. from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut. Paul's experience in the Coast Guard has allowed him to assist clients with complex mechanical, technical, and engineering cases involving injuries and Wrongful Death.

Paul has dedicated his practice to representing injured clients in Product Liability and Medical Malpractice cases. Paul has been a Personal Injury attorney for 33 years, and he is an experienced and skilled litigator. Every case Paul accepts is prepared for trial. He is an aggressive advocate for his clients, and if negotiations break down, he is always ready to proceed to trial.

Mr. Doerr is married and has two children and three teenage grandchildren. In his 35+ years of practice, Mr. Doerr has tried cases on matters ranging from speeding to murder. In 1972, he was selected out of 200 applicants as one of 10 participants in the St. Louis County Prosecutor's intern program. During his 31 years in Bankruptcy practice, he has seen two major revisions in bankruptcy laws, the first in 1978 and the second in 2005. Mr. Doerr’s leisure activities include cross-country skiing, sailing, and driving his classic 1973 Corvette convertible.

Matthew B. Sperry is a passionate advocate who is dedicated to protecting the rights and advancing the interests of his clients. Matthew will give you an honest evaluation of your case and identify how your case can best be fought.

Matthew has successfully defended clients who were charged with Domestic Battery, DUI, Disorderly Conduct, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, and Possession of Marijuana. Matthew has successfully had charges reduced from felonies to misdemeanors and obtained supervision sentences for clients as well.

Matthew's litigation experience spans both criminal prosecution and defense across Illinois and Florida. Matthew prosecuted cases for the Pinellas County Statess Attorneys Office, defended clients for the Pinellas County Public Defender™s Office, and defended clients for the Kane County Public Defender™s Office. While Matthew is a member of Florida Bar, at present he is not accepting cases from that jurisdiction.

For 10 years, Gregory Reeder has been a vigorous advocate for his clients and public servant throughout the State of Illinois. Greg has successfully defended clients at all stages of litigation in both criminal and civil courts with a specialty in criminal defense, civil litigation divorce and juvenile law. Greg served five years as an Assistant Public Defender in Will County at the felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile divisions.

While with the public defender™s office, Gregory tried several jury trials including cases ranging from Driving Under the Influence to Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault. After leaving the Public Defender™s Office, Greg continued to serve the public at the Law Office of Gregory M. Reeder, P.C. providing his litigation experience and advocacy to cases in Will, Grundy, Cook, Du Page, Kane, Kendall, DeKalb and McLean counties.

Greg believes that its easier to feel comfortable when seeking representation if the lawyer and firm is knowledgeable but understanding enough to take the time to impart that knowledge to their clients. For Greg, each client is a person who cares enough to place their trust in his hands to be honest, diligent, and aggressive enough to handle their case. Gail M. Hercule is a returning associate with Steven H. Mevorah & Associates. She had been with the firm several years ago and has returned not only concentrating in Domestic Relations but also in Employment Discrimination.

Having been a registered nurse, Ms. Hercule brings an unusual sense of compassion and empathy in working with her clients. She is an avid listener and follows through on her clients needs and requests. Her clients respect and trust her and have sent her their families and friends to work on their issues. She has done several divorces for one client and other clients return to her for post-divorce issues. Her first referral after law school was the sister of one of her classmates. Ms. Hercule continues to get numerous referrals from that classmate.
