My law office is located in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, TX, and serves clients in Dallas and surrounding counties. My mission is to provide clients with comprehensive, competent legal services at a fair price and in a professional and ethical manner. My office focuses on assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs in drafting company agreements, contracts for services, nondisclosure agreements, among other agreements. In addition, I assist clients in protecting their trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights.
