How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?

Our goal has always been to advocate on behalf of those who are disabled or injured. We understand the law, we understand all forms of disabilities and we recognize the difficulties of trying to pursue disabilties and the frustration when wrongfully denied.

What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

Both our partners have a wealth of experience and are recognized leaders in their fields. With this experience, comes knoweldge and understand as to how to win all types of claims. Further, both attorneys actually teach other attorneys in this field. Marcia Margolius has been a leader of all Social Security attorneys, has served on their Board and has been the President of the organization.
