What experience or education distinguishes your lawyers from others

The principal partners of our firm each bring more than 14 years of legal experience as attorneys to your matter. Both are graduates of Rutgers School of Law-Newark, an accredited ABA (American Bar Association) law school. Attorney Lee earned his Bachelors from Yale University, and Attorney Garasia earned her Bachelors from New York University.

What distinguishes your law firm from others?

Our practice specializes in interview representation. Our office not only professionally prepares and files immigration petitions, but we also accompany and represent our clients at their scheduled interviews throughout the Tri-State area including Newark, Mt. Laurel, Newark Airport, New York City, and Philadelphia. We have one full-time attorney who appears regularly at the Newark District Office, and one full-time attorney in the office to oversee filings, provide legal counsel, and handle emergencies.

Paris Lee

Mr. Lee has been practicing immigration and criminal law for over fifteen years. He is a member of various organizations dedicated to immigration law and practice including the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (Immigration & Naturalization Section), Federal Bar Association, Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers-NJ, and the Monmouth, Middlesex, Union, and Ocean County Bar Associations. He currently serves on the Executive Board as 2nd Vice Chair of the Immigration and Naturalization Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. He also co-chairs the Immigration Law and Practice Committee of the Middlesex County Bar Association. For two straight years, he has served as a panelist on "The Immigration Consequences of Municipal Court Convictions", a continuing legal education seminar for criminal defense attorneys sponsored by the Middlesex County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Washington, D.C.

Angie Garasia

Angie Garasia has been practicing law for over fifteen years. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the New Jersey State Bar Association (Immigration and Naturalization Section), Middlesex County Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association. She currently serves on the Executive Board of the New Jersey Chapter of AILA as Secretary. Additionally, she chairs the NJ Chapter USCIS Liaison Committee as well as the Citizenship Day Committee. In 2012, Attorney Garasia was selected by Super Lawyers Magazine as a "Rising Star" in the field of immigration law, a distinction given to no more than 2.5% of lawyers in the entire state of New Jersey.
