Michael Diaz

Michael Diaz began representing injured workers in Oakland, Calfornia in 2005. He was attracted to this area of practice by a desire to protect and defend the rights of workers.
In 2009, Attorney Diaz moved his practice to Henniker, New Hampshire, the hometime of his wife, Abby. Attorney Diaz enjoys the New Hampshire lifestyle and spending time with his wife and son. However, he has not lost his passion for defending the rights of workers. Whether providing information to a worker recently injured at work, or negotiating a settlement on behalf of a worker whose claim has been ongoing, Attorney Diaz personally handles each matter with the worker's best interest in mind.
