Since 1992, I have restricted my practice primarily to civil litigation. More specifically, my focus has been personal injury litigation. While auto accidents comprise the majority of my caseload, I also handle many slip/fall, dog bite, premises liability, truck accident, motorcycle accident, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, bad faith claims, and other personal injury matters.
I am a lifelong resident of Greater Cleveland. I obtained both a bachelor's degree and my law degree at Case Western Reserve University.
I was sworn in as an attorney in November of 1992. In June of 1993, I started a private practice in my offices in Parma, Ohio. Over the past 20 years, I have developed a practice concentrating in civil litigation; specifically, personal injury litigation.
Throughout the years, I have litigated cases in municipal court, County Court of Common Pleas, Court of Appeals and in federal court. I have litigated cases in more than 30 counties throughout Ohio, and my practice continues to expand throughout the state. I now have offices in Columbus, Ohio, and Athens, Ohio. I offer home visits as well throughout Ohio if our office locations are not convenient. I am willing to travel so you don't have to. Evenings/weekend appointments are available. Initial consultations are free.
At the present, my practice concentrates on auto accident litigation, including uninsured and underinsured claims. We also handle all types of personal injury cases, including slip/trip and fall, premises liability, dog bites, assaults, and all other negligence claims. My support staff and I are able to handle almost all aspects of civil litigation.
Since 1992, I have been a sole practitioner. Unlike many larger firms, where your case may be delegated to an associate, I handle all cases personally. I can promise personal attention to your matter. Also, unlike many firms, I am willing to travel to you if our office locations are inconvenient. My "mobile" office can be your kitchen, local coffee shop or restaurant, or library. I try to make meetings as convenient for the client as possible.
