Social Security rules, regulations, and laws can be very complex. These can include things like the United States Code, the Code of Federal Regulations, Social Security Rulings, the Dictionary of Occupational Titles, and federal case law. Even things that should be simple such as the letters to the claimant from the Social Security District Office are often hard to read. We deal with these issues on a daily basis.
