In April 2007, I was recognized by Main Line Today Magazine as the Top Workersâ Compensation Attorney on the Main Line. Before joining Silver and Silver, I served the personal injury clients of the Law Offices of Arthur Millman of Westport, CT, fighting to win our clients appropriate compensation from insurance companies for injuries our clients suffered as the result of the negligence of the insurance companyâs insureds.

I also served as House Counsel for Kemper and St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Companies providing liability defense to the respective insurance companies' insureds. This experience provides me with unique insight into insurance companiesâ defense practices.

I graduated from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, MA, in May, 1989, and earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University. I am admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of Connecticut, the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. I have served as an arbitrator for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Additionally I am a lecturer for Continuing Legal Education in Social Security Disability at Neumann University.

I am a member of the Knights of Columbus, the Suburban Philadelphia Football Officials Association, the Pennsylvania and Connecticut Bar Associations and the National Organization of Social Security Claimantsâ Representatives.
