We are a firm that focuses on resolution, not litigation. As the only licensed network provider for Divorce with Dignity, we are committed to helping our clients move forward.
It is not uncommon for our divorce clients to come in together. It is the firm's belief that beginning the conversation from the points the couple agree upon, brings the process closer to resolution. Each "Yes", builds upon the previous one.
We work at different price points and we understand the client's financial position. We are willing to work with our clients to decide what cost-saving measures are worthwhile and when it is essential to have full legal representation.
Having worked for the court for over five years, the principal attorney strongly encourages clients to educate themselves. Each dissolution client leaves the office with articles and tools to explain the process moving forward.

In her sixteen years in the legal profession, Zaida Z. Bridgford has served in all aspects of legal practice – from legal secretary, certified law student, law clerk and finally, as an attorney and solo practitioner. A graduate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, her ties to the Sacramento legal and public service community are strong. She has served in two of the three branches of state government – in the Executive Branch in the Office of Governor Gray Davis, and in the Judicial Branch at the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento.
Prior to opening her law practice, Zaida spent five years in the Office of the Family Law Facilitator at Sacramento Superior Court. She assisted a broad cross-section of self-represented litigants and in the process, affirmed her place in the legal profession – to educate, facilitate and promote amicable resolutions to difficult problems. Her goal is to be your partner through every step in this process.
