Transactional real estate (residential and commercial), business and contracts law, corporate and LLC formation and governance, securities, compliance and Intellectual Property law
After earning a Bachelor's Degree in History from UC Berkeley, Tali's interest in law led her to pursue further education. She completed her J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1997, and received her license to practice law in California that year.
In the following years, during the dot-com boom from 1998-2001, Tali worked as in-house corporate counsel for a publicly-traded software company, and later for a privately-held financial services and technology company. She assisted both businesses with all legal matters, including:
Drafting and negotiating licensing, leasing and commercial agreements
Stock Option Plan preparation and management
Financing arrangements, including: loan agreements, Series financing from investors, and preparing private offering documentation
Mergers and acquisitions
Trademark registration, management and education
Overview of press releases, securities matters and employment matters
Later, Tali moved on to work as an Associate with two Bay Area boutique law firms, where she continued her transactional practice and developed further expertise in real estate matters, and corporate formations and governance.
