How did your firm decide on the primary area of practice(s)?
We represents clients in procuring Intellectual Property rights (Patents, Copyrights & Trademarks), and in transactional matters, such as contract drafting and negotiations, business planning and formation. However it is the area of Trademark Law that I truly enjoy and find interesting above all others.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
The Law Offices of Jason H. Rosenblum focuses on open communication with their clients in order to build long-term, trusting relationships. We are not only attorneys, but counsellors and advisors as well. Our clientsâ goals are of the utmost importance to us and we work with them to achieve their goals. We help our clients understand their position so they can make an informed decision.

Before establishing my own firm, I practiced as a patent attorney at Ehrlich & Fenster in Ramat Gan, Israel.
Prior to joining Ehrlich & Fenster, I worked as an associate at Feldman Rosman, a civil litigation firm in NY with a focus on commercial and landlord-tenant matters. After graduating law school I worked as an associate at The Martinez Group PLLC, an Intellectual Law firm focused on the design industry.
I received my Law Degree from Brooklyn Law School after earning a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Binghamton.
Growing up, my family owned and operated a small retail business in New York. While working in the family business I learned valuable lessons including the commitment, dedication, and hard work that he applies in working with and for his clients.
