Diego MacWilliam

Attorney Diego F. MacWilliam was born in Stanford, California, and lived in Madrid, Spain, for 17 years where he completed high school. He is fluent in Spanish. Upon returning to the United States, he attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with a A.B. degree in Legal Studies. He subsequently attended and graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.).
Mr. MacWilliam has extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation, and has tried numerous cases. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, and the California Pulic Defender Association. He is highly rated by Martindale Hubbell - BV Rating / "Distinguished."
