Initial telephone consultations and appointments generally are complimentary.
Mr. Worhatch does NOT generally accept employment-related cases on a contingent fee basis before an investigation of the basis for the claim is completed. The cost of such an investigation generally is covered by the client on time-and-charges terms that Mr. Worhatch would quote to the prospective client. Mr. Worhatch DOES offer contingent fee and "hybrid" contingent fee terms, however, for certain other types of claims, for wage-and-hour violation claims, and in other employment-related cases after the initial investigation is completed. Feel free to ask if your case would qualify for one of those alternative fee arrangements.
MON. through THURS. 9:30 am to 5:00 pm; FRI. 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; EVE., WEEKENDS, HOLIDAYS, and OTHER TIMES: By appointment.
Here's a summary of our approach to the practice of law ...
The foundation of your life is your FAMILY, FRIENDS, FAITH, and HEALTH.
On that foundation rests a three-legged stool that support all of the material wealth, hopes, dreams, and joys of your life.
Sometimes, one or more of the legs of that stool will get wobbly. Some people can mend the legs themselves. Others need to hire a carpenter.
That's where Attorney Worhatch comes in. Think of each leg of your stool as representing an important support element of your life: SHELTER; CAREER; and EDUCATION.
Attorney Worhatch focuses on the SHELTER and CAREER legs.
We pledge to handle your case as efficiently as possible by delivering the kind of service you might expect from a "big" law firm ... but at a fraction of the price you'd probably spend downtown.
Attorney Worhatch's hourly rate is BELOW the "market" rate for attorneys in the Cleveland and Akron areas who offer comparable experience and tenure in practice. And with Attorney Worhatch, you'll never wonder whether your case will be shuttled off to a "junior" associate fresh out of law school. Attorney Worhatch handles each of his cases himself, meaning that you can count on benefiting from his years of experience and his knowledge in a wide variety of areas of the law.
Call 330-650-6000 (Akron and Kent) or 330-656-2300 (Cleveland Toll-Free) to learn more about how you could put Attorney Worhatch's experience and expertise to work for you in your circumstances.
