Before beginning his own practice, he served as an Assistant District Attorney with Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, and worked for the United States Department of Justice. Attorney Cahn earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University, where he received the Archibald R. Murray Award. He is admitted to the state bars of Maryland, District of Columbia, New York, and the United States Bankruptcy and District Courts of the District of Maryland.

David Cahn

Attorney Cahn earned his law degree from Fordham University. He graduated Cum Laude and on the Dean's List, and was also honored with the Archibald R. Murray Award. He is admitted to practice law by the Maryland Bar, the New York Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the U.S. Bankruptcy and District Courts of Maryland. Attorney Cahn is also a member of Maryland's Bankruptcy Bar Association.

He began his legal career with the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn as an Assistant District Attorney, and also worked with the United States Attorney's Office of the Southern District of New York, in the Organized Crime and Terrorism Bureau. He founded his own law firm in 2008, dedicated to assisting the people of Maryland through the bankruptcy process.
