Mr. Brown has experience in a variety of legal fields, including business transactions, corporate maintenance, entertainment, financing, construction, insurance, leasing, regulation compliance, securities, intellectual property, collections, and dispute resolution. He has acted as legal counsel for a diverse client base of large corporations, small businesses, emerging organizations, individuals and entrepreneurs, representing them from startup through all stages of development and in negotiations, governmental proceedings and civil litigation.
In addition to his legal practice, Ash is a business owner and has been involved in producing music, live events and motion pictures. Accordingly, he has a keen understanding of the needs and desires of entrepreneurs and for assisting clients in driving profits while protecting their assets.
Born in Los Angeles, Ash now makes his home in Orange County, where he lives with his wife and two of his three children, with the third being away at college. In his spare time, he has coached both of his sons in Little League baseball, and he helps his daughter in fast pitch softball, too. Ash enjoys classic movies, crime noir novels, and all things Rat Pack.
