Solo practice, so no one to divide work. If client only needs services that does NOT include court appearance, I may agree to provide those services for a reduced rate.
Mediation is my preference when handling divorce cases. Attorney will also serve as mediator and has training in mediation.
We offer reduced fees (on half of regular rate) for people near or below poverty level. We assist with Social Security Disability claims and will only collect if client wins. ZAP can not afford to take cases without charging some sort of fee at this time. We will work out payment plans but would like some sort of retainer for most matters.
Attorney has a great deal of experience with helping Native American people and with the practice of law in tribal courts in Minnesota. I've also been assisting people generally with social security disability claims since 2004.
Clients should take as active a role in their case as they feel comfortable. This includes educating themselves about the potential legal issues surrounding their situation.
Yes. $50.00 fee. If there are a number of documents or it is something complicated, it may be more. Call for free consultation. I will consider writing documents for client to submit him or herself to court. For instance, if both parties agree in a divorce, I will write a stipulated divorce agreement for $200.00 that parties can submit themselves. Note: parties are responsible for their own court fees.

Dividing work in order to make the process more cost-effective for the client is fine.
