It varies. We very often give free consultations. On occasion we will charge a small consulting fee ranging from $50 to $100 depending on the complexity of the matter, the time spent, and the client's ability to pay.
Our bankruptcy, divorce and criminal cases are normally handled for fixed fees, with some exceptions.
