Free Initial Consultation?

It varies. We very often give free consultations. On occasion we will charge a small consulting fee ranging from $50 to $100 depending on the complexity of the matter, the time spent, and the client's ability to pay.

Services Offered For Fixed Fees?

Our bankruptcy, divorce and criminal cases are normally handled for fixed fees, with some exceptions.

Hourly Rates

For hourly cases, our fees range from $200 to $235 per hour.

Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Friday, 9:00 a.m. to noon. However, we will frequently handle appointments at other times to accommodate the schedules of our clients.

In almost all cases, only one attorney will be handling your matter. We do not load up our billing statements with multiple "hands" on the file or employ an army of paralegals to manage documents. We will occasionally "outsource" document intensive projects at a cost well below the hourly rates of in-house paralegals.

How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?

Very frequently. Mediation is required in most cases in the jurisdictions in which we practice.

This is necessary only if a client intends to represent him or herself. When we are involved, it is part of our job to make sure the client is educated about the legal issues impacting them in our representation.
