We believe in educating our clients on the legal issues that apply to their case. We encourage our clients to ask questions. All questions are answered by an attorney who practices in that area of the law.

We will review documents prepared by clients, however, we prefer to prepare the documents to assure the client has the best opportunity for a favorable result.

No. We believe a client should never represent themselves in any legal proceeding.

Fixed-Price Services and Fees

Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation claims are all handled on a contingent fee basis. We advance costs for these cases and there is no fee unless there is a recovery for the client. Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation fees are fixed by law.
