What is your firm's point of view regarding clients educating themselves on legal issues?
We believe in educating our clients on the legal issues that apply to their case. We encourage our clients to ask questions. All questions are answered by an attorney who practices in that area of the law.
Are your attorneys willing to review documents prepared by clients?
We will review documents prepared by clients, however, we prefer to prepare the documents to assure the client has the best opportunity for a favorable result.
Are your attorneys willing to coach clients who want to represent themselves?
No. We believe a client should never represent themselves in any legal proceeding.
Are your attorneys willing to help a client with one discrete part of a case, without taking on the whole case?
No. We believe in representing a client from start to finish.
What are your policies about dividing work among the firm's partners, associates, and paralegals to make the process most cost-effective for the client?
We divide the work in order to achieve the best possible result for our clients.
How frequently does your firm use mediation, arbitration, or collaborative law to resolve cases?
We use mediation and arbitration when it is in the best interests of our clients.
Does your firm provide pro bono legal services or otherwise participate in your community?
We perform pro bono work and our attorneys are active in community organizations.
What distinguishes your law firm from others?
We care about our clients, about their experience with us and we consistently deliver results. We guide them through the entire process with compassion and professionalism. Our experience enables us to identify and pursue all claims for compensation from a personal injury to get the best result: the claim against the party at fault, the workers’ compensation claim, the social security disability claim and employment claim. Our lawyers are always accessible to our clients.
